Stumbled upon some reviews of this place, so it seemed like a no-brainer to at least stop by while I was in the neighborhood on a Wednesday afternoon. At the door, the guy on his phone didn't even look at me. "Any cover?" The way he held up his hand, I wasn't sure if he was saying $5 or "hi, c'mon in." "So, no?" He remained fixed on his phone, so I walked in. Two ladies chatting, one dancer, one bartender. Ordered a bottled water and tipped a buck. Damn. Bartender was hotter than anyone I'd seen in the last 5 clubs. Young, thin,... nice rack, or at least I guessed it would be if I could really see it. Bottled water - $3.50. Tipped $1.
Took a seat away from the stage, with a good view of the stairs to the loft. The dancer, an older gal, joined me, said I was the only customer here. "Is that why there's no one on stage?" "I can get up there if you want." "No need." She confirmed that she was the only dancer and that the bartender was too shy to dance. "Even in private?" "Yep." Damn. Oh well, wasn't going to waste the trip. "Let's do one and see how it goes." Phone guy made change (gotta start carrying smaller bills) and upstairs we went.
Larger loft than I expected. Could have accommodated at least 5 private dances, although I doubted it ever got that busy. The small windows along the ceiling let in far more light than I can rec...

Went to bottoms up around 7pm on a Tuesday. You could easily drive past this place and miss it. Then again, if you're on this stretch of road you're probably looking for this particular club. The outside looks very plain. When you walk in there is a short catwalk style stage to the left, a small sofa like area just past it, and the bar straight ahead of the door. I went to bottoms up because a dancer at another club told me that she worked there for a day and didn't feel comfortable with the managements "we look the other way" mentality. I figured that meant I could get more action at bottoms up than I was getting at the other club. When I asked the bartender about the VIP room she looked lost and kind of suspicious. I got the feeing she thought I was there to make a bust or something. She then went into painful detail about how the holds process would be on my card for ordering drinks and made me initial stuff to document that she told me. I've never done paperwork to get a drink in my life!

When I finally got my drink I start looking at the 2 girls there at the time, one is old and completely unattractive. The other is better looking with a great rack but is occupied with someone on the couch. The old one tells me there's a couple of girls who were getting ready to start shift so, I wait. In the meantime the old one guilts me into tipping her (I guarantee she's not getting paid any other way). When the other girls come...

I won't describe layout or the general stuff with this club. Nothing has changed for a few years.

I've been a few times recently, but my last visit was Thursday March 10. It turns out we are in daytona bike week and spring break in a lot of places. The whole space coast up to daytona has heavier than usual traffic and lots of bikers. This place is also owned or part owned by some bikers so it is VERY biker friendly. I wasn't aware of this before my visit, and I'm not a biker. This is basic info for people who live in New Smyrna, but it might be news for anyone coming to this place from Orlando, etc. in the next few days. The bikers I saw here looked tough, but were friendly and didn't really change the nature of the club for me.

Although there are more bikers in the club there don't seem to be any new dancers here for the festivities. There are usually anywhere from zero to five girls working here. Not girls, ladies. Quite often mature ladies.

There is huge variety with who might be dancing here on any given night. I don't think management has any kind of grip on the girls.

This club has pretty much moved into sure thing territory with lap dances. My last few visits have reminded me of the OLD Shark Lounge days as far as how direct the girls are about services if you take them upstairs. Unfortunately a lot of the ladies seem delusional about pricing. My advice to any...

I trekked to Bottoms Up late one evening while on Vacation in Dayton Beach.

I arrived at the club at about 11pm, was charged a $5 cover and took a seat at the bar. There were about 3 other customers in the place and all seemed happily involved in conversations with dancers. I saw about 7 dancers: most were white but there was one black girl wandering around. The dancers ranked from a low 2 to about a 7. None were immediately eye-catching.

After ordering my beer, I was immediately approached by 3 dancers, in a group wanting to "claim" me. I looked at the cutest one of the bunch and offered her a seat. She was a small spinner type; short, skinny, nearly flat chested, and she had a great smile. I bought her a drink and we had a very decent conversation. She was very considerate and asked if I minded if she smoked, she put the ash tray on the opposite side of me, and was cognizant of where she blew her smoke.

While sitting at the bar, the stage is directly behind you. I kept glancing to see if anything was going to happen, but no dancers ever took the stage during the time that I was there.

Shortly after starting my third beer, she offered me a private dance @ $20/song. Since there was nothing going on on-stage, I decided to try a dance. I paid the dude $10 and headed upstairs to the dance area. It's a large open area in 2 sections with leather couches. There was another dance happening in the far section...

This is a classic hole-in-the-wall dive bar. It shares a small parking lot with a low end motel right on US 1 outside of New Smyrna Beach. I went in about 6:30 on a Thursday. I wasn't charged a cover, but I saw a guy who came in a half hour later getting charged, so it must start at 7:00, but I don't know what it is. The place is small. The whole ground floor is not much bigger than a large living room. The bar along the back wall is only about 10 feet long. The bar stools had ratty looking torn vinyl. There is one small stage that wasn't in use most of the time I was there. There were two dancers when I walked in, both talking to what appeared to be regulars. One looked in her mid to late thirties, was tatted up with poor quality tattoos, and had a hard, weathered face. Very unappealing. The other was a fake blond (roots showing) spinner, late twenties with a very cute face. She had a nice thin body and was wearing a kind of push up bikini top and had what appeared to be nice boobs. I was to find out later that babies, time, and gravity had taken their toll and they weren't as nice as they appeared in the bikini top. I sat at the small bar and ordered a beer, which was $4.50, typical for strip clubs. Shortly after I sat down another girl came in. She was thin, with a nice small ass, and looked to be in her late twenties. She stood at the bar next to me and got ready for work, which consisted of cutting medical tape into small circles to put on her nipp...
