The club is roomy enough, clean, and kitschy. There's one stage, and a large bar. There's a $5 cover after 8:00, and a two-drink minimum which is enforced. The bar is well-stocked, and the staff is friendly. The dancers pick their music from a jukebox—get friendly enough and you might get to help pick a few songs. The club is in a touristy area on the lake shore, so the clientele is what you would expect—tourists, businessmen, a few couples here and there. Apparently they have live jazz on Saturday nights. I haven't experienced that, but it adds a little class to the place.

The dancers are beautiful and friendly for the most part. Ethnicity runs the gamut. The lap dance area is a single room behind a curtain with four couches. It's fine as long as you don't mind the occasional bump from another guy's shoe during your dance. The dancers I went in back with all strictly enforced the no touching rules, and bottoms stay on in the back room (they come off on stage). They all have a great attitude and can hold up their end of a conversation. Most of them look like they are having fun. The vibe in the club is kind of homey—I've talked to a lot of the dancers, and they all say it's a good place to work without much drama.

I definitely plan to go back, especially when Cindy is there!

The club is located right in the middle of Canal Park, so it is very easy to find. I went in, after their cover charge and one drink minimum, it was about $7. Seems about average for clubs up here.

I didn't want to get into everything right away, so I just sat away from the stage at the beginning. It's a pretty small club, so you can still see the stage just fine from the furthest seat.

Most of the girls here are pretty friendly and not too pushy. After a few minutes a girl I had seen a couple times before stopped to talk. She eventually asked if I wanted a dance, I had just gotten there and wanted to hang out for a bit. I haven't been to many other cities and don't have much to compare them to yet, but the girls here are pretty attractive. I had been there for the first time a year or so ago and I think they were better, but still pretty good. I'm Not the best at guessing ages, but I'd say they range in age from early 20's to early 30's. Some have also had boob jobs.

Anyways, I eventually went up to the stage to tip some of the girls and got a lap dance from the girl who had previously asked me. It's $25 for individual dances and $60 for 3. Their lap dance area is just a small curtained off room to the left of the stage with about 4 couches. It can get a little tight if it's full. It's a pretty legit place, so I've never asked, but it doesn't look like touch allow...

This review actually covers a Friday night and a Tuesday night. I didn't find any big difference between the two. First, location is right downtown in the peninsula so very convenient. It's a pretty dive bar imo, and the girls tell me that it's actually the nicest club in the area. The idiosyncrasies have been mentioned before - girls put money in a jukebox to pick their songs, they disappear behind a curtain behind the stage during their sets to take off their clothes (although one time a girl came out with MORE clothes on), and you have to stand at the stage to tip them because there a no seats.

The girls there are not really my taste. Many tatted up all over, not many spinners. There was a busty redhead who I wanted to get a dance with but so did every other guy so eventually I gave up. I did go back to the 'private' room for a dance but it's just a room with 4 couches, no real privacy. Also, they seem strict on the touching being 1-way. Girls are friendly and usually are chatting up guys at the bar for a while. The dancer schedule is posted online too which is very nice. Overall I don't know if I'll head back next time I'm in the area. Maybe if the redhead is working.

I had no idea what to expect from this place or what kind of club it was. I almost called ahead and asked if they had any kind of dress code. I'm glad I didn't because they probably would have laughed at me over the phone. While it is by no means terrible, it is very much a casual dive kind of place. As other reviews mentioned, there's a full bar and prices seemed pretty reasonable. Honestly if I lived nearby I would consider just going there to drink and count the T&A as a bonus.

In addition to the bar there's also a pool table which is conveniently close to the stage as well. The place is wide & open so you can see the stage from pretty much anywhere in there. TUSCL lists this place as having a jukebox, but its actually for the dancer's use only as far as I could tell. When the girls were about to go up they would go and place a few bucks in the machine and queue up a few songs. All the girls that danced eventually ended up fully nude, although for some reason they would often disappear behind a back curtain, remove their clothes, then come out instead of just dropping it right there on stage. Some girls went fully nude for only the last ten seconds of their show, some girls were nude for half or more. Some girls were obviously new to the business and put on average shows, some knew exactly what they were doing and were confident on stage.

The girls were friendly without being pushy. Even on a Wednesday night...

This place is tough for me to review because it seems really close to being really good. In spite of some shortcomings, it is definitely worth visiting.

The previous reviews are all pretty accurate. Club Saratoga is a cool old-school-type bar. Drinks are priced at normal bar prices. The bartenders are fast (the true sign of a good barkeep). There are a couple of small TVs so you can occasionally glance at a game.

On a Wednesday night, every girl I saw dancing was really attractive. Many of them were model material. Even the least attractive girl was still a really cute girl-next-door.

I wasn't a fan of the tip rail at the stage. You have to stand at the rail. I didn't like standing there waiting for the girl to give me some attention. It felt awkward. On the plus side, people go to the stage, tip the girls, and then head back to their seats, so there is always room at the stage.

The girls were nice, once you talk to them, but not a single one of them approached me to talk or ask if I wanted a dance. It wasn't super crowded, either. And I'm a not-unattractive guy in my 30's. In most clubs, girls approach me all the time. Not here. Kind of a bummer.

So, when I saw the girl I wanted most, I walked up to the stage and asked her for a private dance when she was done. After her set, we went back for couch dances. ($25 a piece or 3 for $60, pretty standard). It was a small little roo...
