Visited the Foxy on Saturday night--my third visit since the renovation in the fall of 2014. The difference in the club decor is so drastic that TUSCL should have had a new page for the new club. Not only did the name change from the Foxy Lady to the Foxy Gentleman's Club, but the renovation was a full gut and remodel. The old Foxy Lady had a physical club rating of 1--burn your clothes afterward. I had joked that it was THE place in town that I wouldn't want to be caught dead. The new club has rather nice Vegas style club decor with a two-pole (plus a swinging ring) stage and plenty of couches. The bar is quite impressive as are the two buxom bartenders. A room for shooting pool and another outdoors smoking section are available. There is a dedicated (female) DJ who does none of the typical annoying strip club DJ crap. I would make the case that all reviews prior to September 2014 should be removed as this is a totally different club.

The cover is $5 and on Saturday night you can get a pitcher of PBR for $6.50. I mean a full 60 oz. pitcher. You can't get that value at most dive bars. The dancers were mostly 7's and 8's, with a few 6's and one really cute 9. Dancers put on a stage shows with a ton of verve. Unfortunately, the Foxy is limited by being a pastie club under the Lincoln no-touch ordinance. I tried lap dances ($25 / dance) with multiple strippers (so I could share a fair review with TUSCL ;) ). Mileage v...

I was in town with a group of friends for the football game, so we decided to venture over to Foxys. The entrance on the street was apparently exit only, so the main entrance was actually in the alley. Weird, but felt safe. Cover was $5. We entered and the club seemed fairly nice inside. We grabbed seats in front of the main stage. Fairly wide stage, with two stripper poles with an hanging hoop in between. There didn't seem to be any waitresses, so we just grabbed our drinks at the bar as needed. Bar prices were consistent with what I would expect in a normal bar. The female bartenders were friendly and had personality.

Saw a half dozen girls or so on stage and none really struck my fancy. Saw one girl that I kind of liked, but she disappeared after her stage set. Oh, well. I should also mention that it was topless/pasties only. One girl in particular was very acrobatic in her stage show. My friend quickly grabbed her once she was done. I believe he said it was $30 per song. He set up an OTC session with her for the next day and was very satisfied. One other friend went in the back as well and had a good time. After a half dozen girls or so, we decided to roll.

This place has been totally overhauled from its sad state several years ago (see my review from a few years ago with one of the more bizarre/comical club experiences I've had.) This club is actually worth going to now. The interior is quite nice now, with a large stage where the bar used to be, and a nice, new bar close to where the old entrance used to be. The back of the club has a couple of pool tables. When you walk in (the main entrance is the side of the building away from the street now) a bouncer checks your ID, you pay your cover, and head in. There is a partially curtained VIP room to your left, and just past that is the main stage. I grabbed a beer and quickly walked through the club to check out the renovations. There are several small tables surrounding the main stage, and table bar service. The quality of the dancers is vastly improved over several years ago. Several dancers knew how to work a pole. Only a small number of dancers working, but several types (blonde, brunette, big boobs, thin & athletic, coed, etc.) Per local law, it's a pasty club. I didn't check out the VIP, as I was told it was no contact and video monitored at $25 a dance. I didn't find the dancers quite as friendly as at Night Before, and the dancers at Night Before (yes, I went there the same night) were slightly better looking than here. Still, both places has good quality dancers. There are really only a couple of strip clubs in the downtown area, and Night Before...

Ok, at the advice from a stripper who I had a dance from at Lipstix, I thought I'd try the Foxy. It had been a few years and the last trip ended with me vowing to never come back. I liked this girl so I went to see her when she said she would be working at the Foxy. First of all, at least the place is improved. It was a dump before and the new owners made enough improvements to get it out of the scary category. It's in the same location which I kind of like. Just outside of downtown Lincoln. If things look bad, I can at least peek in and leave. I stayed this time, I think the cover was $3, but there were no customers there and no one collecting (early evening). Beer is ok. Dancers weren't awesome, but ok, 4-6 types, but friendly. One of them explained that they didn't have to hustle drinks and got paid by the hour, so making a trip to work there wasn't so bad. My girl wasn't there, so I didn't stay. Overall, I would try again when I have more time.
It's the same size (kind of small) and there really isn't anything private. I can't say anything at this time about mileage, but it looked like an easy going, rules breaking place. O street, downtown, easy to find parking on street, but mostly meters, and has the benefit of having other attractions you can visit if you strike out.

Stopped by when it should have been their prime time: late Saturday night. But there wasn't much going on. About 10-12 customers, some playing pool. One dancer on stage and she was carrying some extra weight. Had a decent, saucy attitude but I can't take the extra weight. I looked around to see what other talent there was in the club and either they were out getting a smoke or they consisted of the two haggard looking girls that were sitting at a table and at the bar.

The club itself is much bigger and open than before. It is still being remodeled so there seemed to be the unfinished, bare cement look in much of the club. I wanted to see first-hand what is this thing with having to paint the windows. Just off the main door onto "O" Street is the inside door into the club. There was no cover charge. I couldn't figure out whether the expansion has already been done or whether it will take place soon. There is a property next door to the east, but it looks like it is already occupied. As it stands, there is little to recommend this club.

There used to be some trashy and naughty girls years ago, but now the vibe is just trashy. I think the only way to have some fun is to walk in tanked. There was no talent that appealed to me and I certainly had no intention of doing a private dance. Lincoln has always had tight restrictions on roaming hands. This is one of those clubs where you spend most of your time be...
